if might have meant a little more if instead of the 14 yo wild druggie daughter of HIS BUSINESS PARTNER who had been allowed to go to New York to a rave party by her father and had not come home for THREE DAYS...Who waits THREE DAYS before they worry about a 14 yo ???...who in their right mind lets a 14 yo got to NYC by themnselves ???
and if the girl had been the daughter of the janitor instead...
Would the daughter of the janitor have been searched for by Willard ???
BTW Willard didnt spend all that much on the search...
