By what legitimate authority does the FedGov bring charges against this woman? Under what Article does this authority stem? Who was her victim and what damage was done?

Do you consider making bombs part of our second amendment rights? Also, if she is a known meth user do you think she should be able to have her second amendment rights?

Because nothing in the Constitution gives the FedGov the power to have an agency like that BATFE. Period.

If Georgia wanted to pass such a law restricting State "unorganized militia" in such a manner, that would be up to the voters of GA.
