My last two dogs were German Shepherds! I looooooove them! Now I’m sporting a Belgian Malinois. Looks like a GS but only about 60 pounds and crazy, crazy frantic. Very hard to control. Still, she’s starting to get long in the tooth. I need more dogs and bigger dogs. Don’t think I’ll get another BM, but will go back to GShepards.
I have a German Shepherd. I never worry about locking my doors. I’m pretty sure he’d kill an intruder by about the time I got my safety lock off. Even the professional trainer I hired said multiple times, “he’d kill for you.” I don’t think I’d ever have to shoot an intruder. We figured out my dog isn’t aggressive, doesn’t have fear aggression, he has protect mom aggression. Nice to know I’m loved.
