What a winning campaign. Generate SOME sort of rumor which can only be “settled” by Romney releasing his tax return. To which, if I was Romney, I would say, “Mr. President, after almost FOUR years, can you now release your college transcripts, law reviews, college publications, etc.?”
So how do you think Romney is doing? I have sort of felt the last two weeks like Romney is going to try to place it safe, just assuming that if the economy is bad, that he will win.
I hope I am wrong.
But that is how I have, ahem, “felt” the last 2 weeks. I think his response to the Roberts decision didn’t help how I felt.
The Obama/media strategy is clear; talk about anything other than Obama and the huge mess he’s made.

And that might not be bad, actually.
Sure, none of “us” are going to be persuaded by the campaign, as we won’t vote obama no matter what. Likewise with the die hard left.
But the large group that will decide the election, they will in fact tune in “after Labor Day” and in a real sense, the campaign does begin then.
Amazing, though. I can’t believe that a campaign is necessary or helpful. Just another sign that we don’t care collectively enough about our freedom to maintain it.

Well right now, this being summertime, with vacations and people not paying too much attention, Mitt may be laying low and getting ready to pounce.

ROFL! That interview with Andrea Mitchell was PRICELESS! I may have to save that one off to a super-secret hard drive.
This current caller - if the ONLY rationalization is a program for pre-existing conditions, make a simple, few page bill (program) for THAT! All you would need is the person to prove two or three insurance rejections, prove your pre-existing condition and you are on the program.
Also, people like this caller seem to ignore the root causes of problems such as these. Instead of fixing/eliminating the root causes, they want to ADD Government.
