This is a designer drug which starts with the prefix “Meth-” This guy may or may not have been under the influence of any drug-(evil spirit for sure); but California is overrun with homicidal maniacs of every bent. In this State you are unsafe, irrespective of who or where you are!
Prolly. Sounds like it has PCP properties that make the users get hot and take their clothes off. Of course, maybe it's just the heat wave.
