House Democrats blur line between tracking and stalking
Daily Caller ^ | 7/9/12 | Meagan Clark

House Democrats tracking GOP congressmen and candidates are recording and posting videos online of the private homes of GOP families, pushing past traditional perimeters of campaign surveillance.

Both parties employ staffers to record their opponents’ every public statement and appearance, but Democrats have unapologetically shown the public the often large and well-maintained homes of their Republican targets, and have even published addresses, Politico reports.

Pointing out the prosperity of Republicans has become a popular jab from Democrats, who hope to show the GOP cannot relate to the middle class or anyone struggling to stay afloat financially.

“House Republicans have spent this entire Congress trying to hide that they’re protecting benefits for millionaires and perks for themselves instead of protecting the middle class, but we won’t let them keep it secret any longer,” Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) spokesman Jesse Ferguson wrote in an email to Politico.

Republicans, meanwhile, say the videos are an invasion of privacy and threaten the safety of members of Congress and their families.

Wisconsin GOP Rep. Reid Ribble believes the home videos are “totally inappropriate.” A cameraman followed him while he shopped for groceries.

It’s OK....
These are DEMOCRATS, so nothing is illegal, or can be considered stalking.

The fact that many of these ‘stalkers’ are severely mentally unbalanced, and potentially violent should be ignored.

Democrats are without principles, standards and any sense of fair play. It isn’t easy for Republicans, especially conservatives, to get as dirty as Democrats. It’s like wallowing with swine, but sometimes it is necessary. Do unto them as they do unto you.

Exactly what I was thinking. Anything is OK that advances the power of the left.

This is pure Saul Alinsky. Guys like Van Jones have been out there advocating this kind of thing to the rabid left for years.

why complain... just return the favor. They’ve got more to hide. I like the idea of “honey traps” like the Mossad uses.... dead girl or live boy type of stuff... without the dead girl. just maybe a video producer to feed the democrat candidates ego while his wife gets chemo and he’s feeling sorry for himself....

Tit for tat is called for ~ remember, Congress is a public body and people who are not comfortable serving in that capacity probably shouldn't run for office.

Sacrifices must be made to deal with public service ~ you can't just hide.

So, what to do ~ what to do.

First if you want to hold public office you need a phone service and address totally separate and apart from what your family is going to use. Throw away cellphones with prepaid service are a very real option for protecting privacy. So are post office boxes rented at some post office. Use that number for your business and political needs.

Next, there are folks who go to post offices to get mail from post office boxes. HIre one. That will eliminate those trips from your repertoire.

Maybe you think you need a special license plate now that you're mayor of your city. In reality you need a 5 year old Hyundai Sonata. See if you can find someone to do a little paint peel for you.

That car will always be where you left it, unmolested, untouched, and SAFE. JFK Jr. had the only white Tiburon convertible in Manhattan. He left it top down and unlocked ~ which meant he could park it in front of his headquarters and that meant he wouldn't be walking down into a dark garage off an alley.

Let's say the Democrats start following you around and snapping pictures. I guess they have a right to do that. You know where your opponent lives ~ drive over in front of his house for an interview ~ all comers. Make sure that's well announced.

Your opponent undoubtedly has a regular job somewhere ~ so does his wife. Find out where. He'll be there eventually. Film your own political ads in front of his car, his business place, or maybe even in front of his wife ~ if she'll cooperate and come outside. Better if she calls the cops eh!

Their children are a different case. If you have a Democrat following your kids around report that to the cops ~ but don't tell them what you know about the follower other than you believe he's armed and dangerous!

We can call that the Brent KImberlin dodge.

Don't follow their kids.

Guy gets up in front of your face with a camera, you want somebody preplanted in the audience to shout "He's got a gun" And that'll clear the hall.

Democrats aren't even the same species. They are not human; they are animals; and particularly vicious animals. They don't even love their young the way we do.

There can be no room for pity ~ although you'll want to avoid breaking real laws ~ but principles of reciprocity are just out the window when it comes to politics.

Remember, two things ~ neatness doesn't count, and nice guys stand their alternately sucking their thumbs or sitting on them ~ looking like idiots.

as best as I can figure, Repubs have the same technology available to snap photos and post pics of Dems houses.
Two can play that game.
They should get to snapping and posting.

I predict things are going to get REALLY UGLY the closer we get to the election. Twitter has proven a useful tool for those who enjoy mob mentality. I predict REAL threats, attacks on candidates homes, arson, etc.

EXCELLENT!

They will do NONE of this though, because they are Republicans and are always, ALWAYS woefully lacking in the ability to get even.

That’s what “they” did to to Sarah Palin, and we don’t know if “they” were just Alaskan hillbillies, MSM stirring up a story, or, worse, Mittbots doing a “hit”.
