Yes, we certainly do. A truly wonderful & historic place. Our Family took the “full 5-hour tour” back in the early-60s w/ a Park Ranger Guide in our car. It was unbelievably amazing with re-enactments taking place all that week. I’ve heard that it’s gotten a lot more “touristy” and more sophisticated now. Yes/no? Did you do the tour on the little bus-trams?

It was much too hot to do half of what we planned. They still do the ranger tours in your car, but if you haven't been there in the last 10 years you won't believe the traffic congestion. Lots more little bistros and cafes in the center of town. They say they get between 2 and 3 million visitors a year, and next year for the sesquiecentennial of the battle itself they expect in excess of 5 million. Locals told us they don't know where they're going to put them, but they're building large hotels on the edge of town right now.
