Why is Mitt Romney Hiding the Rest of His Tax Returns? (New Obama Video)
YouTube.com ^

Obama Campaign:

Mitt Romney is defying calls to release more than one year's worth of tax returns. The Romney campaign response?

"Just take our word for it."

So why is Mitt Romney hiding the rest of his tax returns?

How long can Romney keep information on his investments in overseas tax havens secret? And why did he do it in the first place?

Time will tell.

I replied to your comment above. You make some good points. But what we want to avoid is for the Obama campaign to define Romney for the American people which is most likely what they are trying to do. If the Romney campaign "keeps the powder dry" for too long Obama will succeed in defining Romney as the most "secretive republican since Richard Nixon".

Some political experts have said that if Romney does not respond to these accusations the Obama team may succeed at defining Romney as such by late August or September.

That's quite close to election day, if you ask me.

I have an idea. Take the gloves off!

Obama wants you to be more concerned with what Mitt did with his money then Obama has done with ours.

Are those your words or is this a response from the Romney campaign?

If it's from the Romney campaign it's a good one. If it's from you he needs to hire you. :)

Obama is a consummate demagogue. He will continue to smear. He will continue to seek to inspire & exploit human envy. He will continue to blame anyone who believes in the American tradition, for all the woes of those with too little sense to understand that they are being played by that consummate demagogue.

Can anyone imagine George Washington, or Thomas Jefferson, or James Madison submitting to a political foe's efforts to pry into their personal finances? (Washington in his youth was not only a model of gentlemanly behavior. He was the uncrowned bare knuckle boxing champion of the colonies--as well as the finest horseman of the era. Contemporary demagogues would have thought twice before insulting him.)

But to return to Obama, whose daily behavior is an ongoing insult to an office once defined by the conduct of the noble Washington. You cannot really understand Obama, unless you understand the Blame & Envy Cocktail. Obama will never measure up to a Washington or Jefferson, but he has a lot in common with some other famous people. Examples, Robespierre, Lenin, Hitler, Castro, etc.. Stirring up & exploiting jealousy & envy has brought more than one demagogue to great power.

Tit for tat. You release all your hidden records—especially the one’s you sealed up by Executive Order, and we release the tax returns. Simple, huh?

Saw this on a social network site... “Apparently, I’m supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack Obama does with mine.”

I hope Mr. Romney responds to the inevitable media venom with the following: “Sure, I’d be happy to disclose all relevant information...as soon as obama releases all of his. Unless and until that happens, all you ^*^#%$%* can stick it where the sun don’t shine.

It seems that the socialist democratic party would like to make being an entrepreneur and making money a crime in this Country - typical commie ideals! These are just the traits we need to dig us out of the financial hole that the kenyan has dug for our grandchildren!

Let’s see Obama’s first.

The Democrats ought to just shut up.

That would make a great ad.

I think ROmney should say nothing about the BC issue. The rest of us can carry that water, while ROmney focuses on the economy, etc.

I tend to agree with that. If Romney (like Sen. McCain was) an elected official I would look at it differently but Romney is not. I think the questions about Obama's eligibility should be directed at John Boehner and those already in power.
