I don't understand the concept of polls that are designed to skew the averages in favor of Obama. Doesn't that serve to work against him?
Wouldn't these pro-Obama pollsters--if that is indeed what they are--be better served by painting a dire picture of his re-election chances in order to stimulate voter interest?
Not that I am complaining.
