No it wouldn’t.

The divorce court ruled that BO SR. was the father at time of birth.

Doesn’t make a difference who bio father is.

“The divorce court ruled that BO SR. was the father at time of birth.

Actually, it was a custody hearing after Indonesian National Barry Soetoro arrived in Hawaii from Jakarta as an unaccompanied minor with foreign nationality.

Contrary to Obama’s assertions in his autobiography, unaccompanied foreign child are not waved through customs and sent on to the waiting arms of a white lady who says she is the grandmother. That has all the earmarks of child trafficking.

Lil’ Barry was taken into to protective custody by the U.S. Federal Government until a hearing could be held to determine who is the legal custodian of the unaccompanied minor traveling to the U.S. on an international flight. Only foreign children are taken into the Federal Foster Care program. If Barry Soetoro was an American, he would have been placed with a state based social service agency.

Eventually, the Soetoro adoption was annulled and Barack Hussein Obama II was placed in the legal custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut. His grandmother was appointed his guardian or foster mother. BHO II stayed in the legal custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut from 1971 to 1979 when he reached the age of majority.

It was Obama’s case manager in Connecticut that filed for his SSN in 1977. Consequently, he would have a Connecticut SSN prefix.
