I grew up in Chardon. Mentor was the closest spot back then to go on Friday/Saturday night if you wanted to do anything besides cow-tipping. Chardon was still a largely rural town in the 80s, not the yuppiplex it is today.
Well that is my neck of the woods but no, I’ve never met the person in question. Sounds like she has trouble making it out of Cleveland.
