BOSTONMassachusetts lawmakers are rejecting Gov. Deval Patrick's proposals to scale back their efforts to restrict welfare benefits, close a state psychiatric hospital, and block a requirement for residents to prove they're in the country legally when they register a vehicle.

When my husband and myself took a trip to Alaska, we met a really nice couple from Mass. My husband innocently asked why they liked Ted Kennedy in Mass. so much. They never spoke to us again. Also, he played golf with guys from Mass and asked the same question. The rest of the golf game was in silence.
Before getting too excited about this, let’s all see what the State Senate does and by how many votes. Governor Patrick plans to veto this, no matter what, and the State Senate might side with Governor Patrick, anyways.

I am believeing more and more that Lieawatha used her fraud to gain advatage in hiring. Because Rutgers-Newark isn’t exactly on the fast track for a Ivy League faculty appointment.
