Americans' confidence in television news is at a new low by one percentage point, with 21% of adults expressing a great deal or quite a lot of confidence in it. This marks a decline from 27% last year and from 46% when Gallup started tracking confidence in television news in 1993.

Another thing that need to go are the leftist rag newspapers like the L.A. Times. If they could be replaced by non-partisan papers that concentrate on the sunday circulars and local news, or simply pushed out of business, great!
And, this is the key observation. Even the libs know that the "news" media are lying political activists. Importantly, NOBODY likes being lied to.
The media have chosen to sacrifice what cred they had to promote and defend Mister Obama; and, THEY are the big losers. Once caught in a lie, credibility is difficult, if not impossible to regain. (Just ask Dan THE FORGER Rather)
As Mister Obama's past, his lies, and corruption become more apparent, folks will correctly blame the news media, as they have functioned as gatekeepers (however temporarily) of information.

I’m just amazed anyone watches any of that drivel. Whether it is CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc . . . I watch none of it. Bunch of know nothing “pundits” who only say what will get them ratings and get them paid. People need to start thinking for themselves instead of falling in line after being told how to think. How do you think we got Romney?
Other than getting what is new from FR, we only catch the 10pm local news now, that's about all I can stand.
Even the emails, if there is ONE more email of how bad Obama is I will puke, I KNOW THAT already, knew that when he was crowned, I hate him will all the passion I can muster and I don't want to see him in my emails.
Neither do I want to get a email from the Romney CAMP, never will I donate to their cause, they will do nothing for any of us.

If any say the sun comes up in the east you’d best check to see if it is accurate.
I often wonder why ABCNBCCBS are still in the news business? Since they are still commercial enterprises looking to make a profit I would have thought they could find something else to fill the news slots that would pull in a bigger audience and increase the ad revenues. They can’t be making very much money on their nightly news shows.
