Having a bad day, not sure what you are getting at? The amazing thing is that they’re saying that all of these sick puppies are being shipped, but...it is already required by the airlines (and I believe state law, I have not shipped pups but I know that they are supposed to send the health records to the state for PA if a dog is to be flown) that the puppies are examined by a veterinarian and APPROVED for flying, they need a health certificate!
