“The FBI found no racial bias behind George Zimmerman’s shooting of Miami Gardens teen Trayvon Martin, according to dozens of documents related to the case released Thursday.” Wait, what? A white Hispanic shoots and kills an unarmed black male and race wasn’t the underlying cause? Imagine the frenzy in the NBC News editing booth as they wrestle with how to slice and dice that cognitively dissonant piece of info. But FBI investigators, after talking to just about everyone Zimmerman has known since birth, haven’t been able to come up with so much as an errant N-word, let alone a burning cross . . .

Instead, it seems the self-appointed neighborhood watchman may have just been a tad too gung-ho for his own good. As reported by nbcmiami.com,

“(FBI lead investigator Chris) SERINO believed that ZIMMERMAN’s actions were not based on MARTIN’s skin color rather based on his attire, the total circumstances of the encounter and the previous burglary suspects in the community,” the FBI wrote in the report. “Serino described ZIMMERMAN as overzealous and as having a ‘little hero complex’, but not as a racist.”

That seems to jibe with what one of Zimmerman’s friends, a Seminole County deputy, told the feds, too.

“[Redacted] described Zimmerman as a person of strong character but not very street wise. Redacted has never known Zimmerman to be in a fist fight,” the report said. “[Redacted] has never known Zimmerman to associate with anyone known to have any bias/prejudice against any individual or group based on race, religion, etc…”

The friend also said “Zimmerman never actively patrolled the neighborhood, but would just be very observant to what was going on while walking his dog around the neighborhood,” according to the report.

Even an ex against whom he has an injunction told them he apparently never attended any actual Klan meetings.

Zimmerman’s former fiancee, who was interviewed by the FBI, described their volatile relationship which began in 2001, according to the report. The woman, whose name was redacted, told the FBI that the couple began to argue a lot after their engagement and described a couple times where he became physically aggressive.

The engagement ended, and both Zimmerman and the woman later filed injunctions against each other, the report said. Despite her allegations, the woman told the FBI that Zimmerman had never exhibited any biases or prejudices against anyone and never used racial epithets of any kind. She added that he “was not the type of person to place himself in a physical confrontation” and he was the last person she would expect to be involved in a shooting.

But while the FBI hasn’t found racial bias as part of the Justice Department’s search for potential civil right violations, that investigation is still open. The inconvenience of the FBI’s findings certainly won’t help the racially-motivated execution narrative being pushed by Martin’s parents or opportunistic fly-in community organizers like Al Sharpton. Obama doesn't need to 'disown' his son - the MSM will NOT pick this story up - or if they do it will be written in such a convoluted way that people will walk away feeling they're read the opposite of what's being said - the opposite of the truth. Despite the fact that the FBI found no racial bias in the Martin shooting, Judge Lester decides to release Witness #9’s disparaging rant against Zimmerman that claims he is a racist. Everyone from the SPD to the prosecution dismissed this person’s testimony except Judge Lester, and though both sides wanted it withheld, he releases it and here is his Order dated July 12th, incidentally, only hours after he had received the Motion to Disqualify:

And in his reasoning he notes that he is releasing it because racial profiling may play a part in this trial.

What??? Where did he get that from??? Has it been alleged by the prosecution??? — No.

Has there been any evidence presented to that effect??? —No.

So then where did this reasoning of his come from??? Answer: Other places than the evidence presented in his courtroom by either side.

He is supposed to make his rulings on the law and the facts presented to him in the courtroom, but clearly he did not and is not and will not. He’s a loose cannon who has it in for a defendant in his courtroom.

Since there has been no evidence and no allegation of racial motive thus far, this prejudicial Order is further evidence of not only Lester’s bias and disdain for Zimmerman, but also his lack of integrity and lack of respect for the judicial process.

These words are coming from a judge who is supposed to be a "by the book" jurist. Where is that in his book???? Lester needs to be disqualified and then investigated. He's gone way off the plantation.

there is NO justice i nthis case- as incle chip has pouinted out- the judge had absoplutely NO judicial reason to release that steement, but he did anyways- Why? If He’s such a ‘by the book’ judge, then he had NO business releasing that statement NOR did he have any business bringign george back to prison for supposedly lying about finances when it was the judge HIMSELF who told gerorg’es wife that it wasn’t necessary for her to call the brother in law to find out how much was in the paypal account- The judge’s descision NOT to call releived mr’s zim of hetr boligation to say ANYTHING abotu the money- the burden to find out was now sqaurekly on the court’s shoudlers because gthe judge said what he did- IF he wanted to know how much money was i nthe accouint he had the opportunity to find out by allowing her to call the brother in law- He refused to allow that to takep lace- so again- she now had NO obligation to say ANYTHING abotu the funds even if she did infacvt knowhow much was in there- which there is evidence to suggest that she did not

BTW- the judge is ON TAPE telling her no it wasn’t necessary to call brotherinlaw- This judge can claim he is a ‘by the book’ jusge all he likes- He’s LYING- either that or he’s not aware of the FACT that he doesn’t ifnact go by the book- but I suspect he knows he doesn’t and as such he should be relieved of his dutiesw immediately because is is becoming alrmingly evident that george zimmerman will NOT EVER get a fair trial under him- this last boneheaded move by the judge proves thgis!
