And they are producing world class Holsteins.

I've heaard this used to describe LOTS of things; but never have I seen exactly what it means!

It appears to mean something HIGH classed but when averaged over the 'world' I'd take it to mean mediocre!

Sorry I was on the road from Sacramento and back to southern Utah.

You must have forgotten that you are talking to the Gold Medal Winner in dairy judging FFA Competition at the 1957 Dairy Cattle Congress in Waterloo Iowa. I thought so.

Friesian Holsteins originated in northern Holland. When I was a kid all the bigshot dairy farmers went for that breed because of their milk production.

This one looks to be a descendant of Burkgov Inka deKol a famous and very productive sire from the Cache Valley Breeders in Logan Utah. He was the grand father of thousands of offspring. How do I know this? The distinctive shoulder spots found only on his offspring.
