The author left off the #1 tax that will hit anybody with real estate appreciation — the huge capital gains tax increase. It’s going to wipe out a real hefty chunk of our planned retirement assets. FUBO.

Every American will have to purchase health insurance and those who dont will face an IRS-enforced tax that totals 2.5 percent of adjusted growth income in 2016.
Luckily, this is unenforceable. Justt make sure you are never due a refund.

***If you make more than $200,000 ($250,000 if married), then you are rich and will be paying for the healthcare of the less fortunate.***
Less fortunate? Maybe those that EARN (i.e., ‘earned income’) upwards of $200K paid a higher price. Take a look at the habits of the well off vs. the less well off - many more times than not the well off have a stellar work ethic and don’t make excuses. You’ll find the chronic whiners and complainers have little or nothing.
I understand this is not always the case. But by and large it is, I think.

Whether the power to enact a penalty for failing to purchase a product derives from the Commerce Clause or Congress taxing authority makes little difference. Every American will have to purchase health insurance and those who dont will face an IRS-enforced tax that totals 2.5 percent of adjusted growth income in 2016. Bald-Faced LIE. It makes ABSOLUTE difference, and that's not just my opinion. In reference to this difference Roberts said in his ruling: This case concerns two powers that the Constitution does grant the Federal Government, but which must be read carefully to avoid creating a general federal authority akin to the police power.
The difference doesn't GET more serious than that!
