My point is if the state of Florida could not access the database to check names of ineligible voters.... when the dems challenge the 2012 election as I am sure they will if it is another Bush -Gore type race....Their legal standing would be weakened...
What judge would give the dems standing if they did not allow Florida to check the federal database or in other words how can the dems claim their voters were disenfranchised if Florida was never allowed to check their status?
By allowing the database to be checked... The dems an now say all voters were checked and a legal challenge can be made....without any push back from the GOP saying the federal government impeded them...
