If this (reply 34) is the basis for your statement, you need to reword it, as you have your causal predicate backwards.

You should be saying:

"We know Obama was taken into Federal custody as an Unaccompanied Minor a foreign national when he arrived in Hawaii in 1971 because he was was a foreign national when he arrived."

Based on the information in Reply 34 and Ann Dunham's passport records (and Barry's Indonesian school records), the above would be a factual statement.

However, when you claim, as you repeatedly do, that:

We know Obama was a foreign national when he arrived in Hawaii in 1971 because he was taken into Federal custody as an Unaccompanied Minor.

-- you are claiming to "know" something without establishing any basis for it and are therefore rightly being called out a BS artist. Get your logic fixed and you would be taken a lot more seriously.

ICE did not exist in 1971 What does that have to do with your assertion:

We know Obama was a foreign national when he arrived in Hawaii in 1971 because he was taken into Federal custody as an Unaccompanied Minor.

We don't "know" any such thing. You assert that repeatedly, but I have not seen any evidence from you to support your assertion.
