He outlined five main tenets of the Second Bill of Rights, which would include the “right to full employment and a living wage”; the “right to full participation in the electoral process”; the “right to a quality education”; the “right to a voice at work” and the “right to a secure and healthy future.”
The idea of a Second Bill of Rights was inspired by President Franklin D. Roosevelts 1944 State of the Union address, which called for greater economic rights including employment through a living wage, collective bargaining, housing, education, medical care, among many things.
Looks to me they came straight from the Soviet Constitution.
This is the exact opposite of the ethos that once made America the envy of the world. It is the hopelessly flawed theory of entitlements that destroys character & subverts a social order. (See, for example, Collectivist/Egalitarianism Sabotages Human Potential.)

Isnt this what is bringing Europeans down right now..I know in Italy they they have somthing sumular and its a big fail. As for the UN. They are a corrupt organization and I would love to see a good investigation of them.
These are not rights, they are entitlements. There is a. Difference. Rights do not need to be paid for by others.
