A third possibility is giving Labor what it wants. AFL-CIO is not attending because NC is a “right to work” state.

BTW, Tea Partiers in NC - what gives? I sent an e-mail to the website, suggesting that the Tea Party commerate the 1898 Wilmington, NC riots during the RATs convention. That was when the RATs kicked the elected PUB administration plus all blacks out of town. No response.

I read that they have already cut the length of the convention by one day. There was also talk of reducing the size of the venue because of the lack of participation.

All these signs do not bode well for the dims in general.
