It is way long overdue for Republican governors (and Senators & Reps & State Repubs) to man up and grow some balls, and tell any judge, including Judge Bolton to just STFU and stuff any further federal appeals court ruling on this. Gov Jan Brewer should issue an executive statement, declaring that SCOTUS has ruled on this issue, and to declare that any further federal appeals court ruling to override this, will be declared to be null & void.

Gov Scott Walker in WI should do the same thing re. photo ID.

For some unbelieveable reason, other than cowardice & a a lack of balls, Repub governors just can't wait to scurry for cover behind some asshole court ruling, whether state court or federal court, to overrule on state legislative laws when it comes to illegal aliens or photo ID.

In fact, Justice Anthony Kennedy, who wrote the ruling, said only that "it is not clear at this stage and on this record that the verification process would result in prolonged detention."

Doesn't that tell Judge Bolton and the ACLU, the Supreme Court has said let AZ implement the provision in order to determine the results?
