Apparently "he should have been beating him" Parks missed that class as well:

Trayvon, one, did nothing whatsoever.
Neither did Zimmerman until Trayvon slugged him, and then followed that up with an MMA style beating.

And that provocation was what??? Zimmerman's talking to the police??? That's what the investigators said set him off that night. But we still haven't seen the tox report, have we???
And so when Trayvon is followed, he doesn't know this guy at all. And this guy is looking at him and in a suspicious way.
That's what Zimmerman reported to the NEN dispatcher about Trayvon. But Zimmerman didn't then go over and punch him, and beat him and slam his head on the ground. Didn't Trayvon have phone?? Why didn't he call 911???

How did he know he was armed before he slugged him??? How did he see the gun in the dark in its holster under his jacket??? Is he superman with x-ray eyes??? Is that the new MMA way of disarming someone -- punch him in the face, knock him to the ground, get on top and beat his head into the concrete for a minute, hold your hands over his mouth as he cries out for help -- everything but going after the gun??? Right??? Your story is now really ridiculous.

So you disguise your assaults behind the excuse that you thought the other guy was stalking you and might be armed, so I assaulted him first??? Really??? Have you read the Law:
776.041:Use of force by aggressor: The justification described in the preceding sections of this chapter is not available to a person who: (1)Is attempting to commit, committing, or escaping after the commission of, a forcible felony; or (2)Initially provokes the use of force against himself or herself, unless: (a)Such force is so great that the person reasonably believes that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm and that he or she has exhausted every reasonable means to escape such danger other than the use of force which is likely to cause death or great bodily harm to the assailant; or (b)In good faith, the person withdraws from physical contact with the assailant and indicates clearly to the assailant that he or she desires to withdraw and terminate the use of force, but the assailant continues or resumes the use of force.
I hope for his own sake that "he should have been beating him" Parks isn't carrying, because he certainly did miss that class.
I would guarantee that had Trayvon been white and had been murdered in the very same circumstances by the accused murderer, people would have been singing from every rooftop across the country for justice. There wouldn't be a "defense" fund, there wouldn't have been slandering of the victim or his parents, there wouldn't have been an outcry had it been Billy Graham begging for justice, there wouldn't have been outrage if George W Bush stated "he could have been my child," there would be no questioning why photographs from when he was young were shown on the news. None of these things would have been even remotely entertained. If he had gotten in trouble in school, it would have been "well, a lot of kids get in trouble at school from time to time," and no one would be screaming about the fact that he might have occasionally smoked a joint. If the Klan had put a bounty on the accused murderer's head, it would have been okay because we're going to do whatever it takes to ensure that there is justice. Had rallies broke out across the country with people declaring No Justice No peace, people wouldn't speak ill of them, they would have joined in. It's such a double standard that it makes me absolutely sick to my stomach some times. People can say what they want but sadly racism is still very much alive and well in this country and we are being subjected to it day after day after day. Trayvon is not black to me. Trayvon is a kid who was walking home from buying snacks at the local 7-11 who was stalked and hunted like he was prey by a madman. It's really that simple.
