No they want a military full of deviants and misfits who nurture a generalized grudge against the US and normal middle class Americans. The desire is to make the US military into the government's armed force. The goal is for a military led by craven careerists and power hungry thugs commanding misfits and people itching to ‘avenge’ being made feel marginalized and disrespected so if necessary the government ‘forces’ can be unleashed on say the population of Idaho or Texas for refusing to obey some federal ukase. Sort of like Noriega’s Panamanian Defense Force.
