If they do nothing the Constitution is all but gone. I mean, it will not be taken seriously. It’s already in a heep of trouble from the actions Obama has taken already.
If he does not ban guns the next anti-gun president will.
The Constitution has been in trouble for a long time. Since 2001 it has been pretty much totally meaningless.
