A San Diego neighbor of alleged Colorado shooter James Holmes remembers him as a very shy, well-mannered young man who was heavily involved in their local Presbyterian church.
"He seemed to be a normal kid, I don't know what triggered it. This makes me very sad," said Tom Mai, a retired electrical engineer.
Mai said Holmes' entire family was involved in the Presbyterian Church.
Arlene Holmes has identified herself to reporters as the mother of the suspected shooter. Her son went to high school in San Diego and then attended college in Colorado, Brown said. Authorities described him as a loner.
Poway Unified School District in San Diego confirmed that Holmes was a 2006 graduate of Westview High School.

They always seem to find a neighbor who says this about almost every serial killer, or psycho who goes on a murderous rampage?
When it comes to these Denver area shooters...it's all a mixture...

The father of Colorado would-be assassin (of Reagan) John Hinckley had been president of World Vision. The parents of Matthew Murray (YWAM/New Life shooter) were active in a non-denominational church, while Matthew Murray dabbled in occultism and then was baptized in the Mormon church.

Note that no-one in the MSM makes the obvious connection to the fact that he was a student. It’s why the information that’s put our should include fact that a student who recently dropped out of the University of Colorado is the deranged killer of a dozen people in a movie theater in Colorado early this morning.
Wow, that was quick! Isn’t this Facebook era of instant communications wonderful? The Media almost tracked the alleged shooters neighbors before it happened.
He’s just jerking chains
A couple of threads this morning revealed that the shooter was a Muslim, possibly from Iran.
Perhaps he was a convert to Islam.
Make of it what you will but here is a guy that looks just like Holmes at an Occupy San Diego (Holmes’s home town) event wearing all black clothes and a bulletproof vest. Check the 23 second mark.
