You misunderstand.

They do not allow any dogs who are not actively entered for showing at ~that~ meet.

When they had it at the local fairground, dog fanciers brought their non-showing dogs to simply watch and mingle.

I’ve never had a Z-factor Dobe, would never have one and it’s not a “Hitler mentality”.

It’s a terribly unhealthy mutation and if you know the history, it was *massive* inbreeding done by unscrupulous greedy backyard breeders who disregarded the health of the breed in favor of making a quick buck off of people who wanted something “different”.

I’m horrified that the greedy, unprincipled AKC even allows them to be registered.

The Z-factor has since invaded some of the top lines, much to their detriment.

Most reputable breeders take great pains to research their bloodlines in order to guarantee their dogs are free of it.

A Z-factor should -never- be bred, no matter how wonderful it may look.

There are tons of them up for adoption because their owners couldn’t afford their medical costs and/or behavioral issues.

I know you love your dog dearly but *please* do not put it into the gene pool or support unscrupulous Z-factor breeders in the future.

It is seriously undermining a great breed and I fully support “Operation Whiteout”.

I’ve loved/owned this breed for nearly 40 years and am constantly enraged by those who would selfishly destroy it for quick profit.

I did not misunderstand and hitler did not like the white breed of the german shepherd. I know he liked the others.

My dog comes from a reputable breeder whose mother and father come from great lines. Both hold many titles. My dog wins everything he in. My breeder has bred GSDs for over 30 years and is very careful with her breeding lines. iI I were to breed him I would consult her first. Now I am content with showing.

You are right about AKC. Just like the Pit Bulls. aggression is being bred into the breed.
