No, it was a criminal mistake. He has a reputation as a hot head and worse. I suspect that the data dump that provoked this article was from one of the many folks at the courthouse who have worked with him and dislike him.
I don’t know any more about him than what I’ve read here. Never heard of him otherwise.....
