You’re right, 10 bucks a month is a bargain.
I’m punchin out, gotta get up with the roosters and go make a dollar or two.
Y’all take care.
Oh, and as 50 used to say, thanks for all the thread!!!
Thank you All for your help and suggestions, I appreciate it.
I’m missin’ 50.
He really helped establish this thread.
I hope all is well for him.
Have a great week.
Thanks again. Iam going to join the IDPA Club a few miles from my home. I think that is best. Hopefully I can rent a gun to pratice with, and then buy something, keeping in mind what you guys have suggested.
You appear to be a realtor.
I have friend who’s wife is as well.
You should always carry if you are alone showing empty property’s.
Try the Ruger SP101
Best wishes.
Just go there.
They will help you out far more tan we can.
Everyone will be happy to let you try out whatever they think is best for you.
Armed folks tend to be very friendly folks.
Not necessarily. I am also left handed and shoot equally well with both hands. My 1911A1 has an ambidextrous safety.
Yep, I miss 50 too.
Hope he is doing o-k.
Thanks for the thread!
Go to a range that rents weapons and shoot anything you think you might consider owning. Find something that will instinctively point where your finger points without looking.
At my local shop they will let you use the gun you are interested in and they will supply the ammo free of charge if you are a seriously interested buyer.
Most folks are happy to share, and personally I really like it when the girls show an interest in defending themselves.
Besides if we can get yall interested in this stuff you can never complain that we have to many guns because you’ll be collecting them like shoes LoL

Good advice
Thanks for all your good advice tonight.
This is one of my major issues with smaller guns.
They can wallow around in your hand and it’s very difficult to aim them.
A 32 that fits you is better than a 9mm that doesn’t and a 45 that’s at home in the safe is useless.
Extra ammo would be good also.

Great link posted there, FRiend. Please take the time to read original plus commentary below.
Not lookin to be a hero nor pay out the a$$ in legal fees with life on eternal hold. First duty is to come home to the loved ones. Let the idiots who voted in the gun-control pollies reap the benefits of their votes. Live like sheep, pay like sheep, die like sheep.
Thanks for that POV.
