I agree with you, yet until Hasan is Courts-Martialed and punishment comes back reducing/striping of rank and ordering the forfeiture of pay and allowances, Hasan, by regulation/law is still entitled to them.

True. Never really thought about that, but I guess the real question should be why our legal system does not provide a speedy trial. Things are just so backwards.
