I’m afraid I’m not up to speed regarding the Sunahara BC. I’m sorry if my responses to others on this thread have made you wary to ask questions.
Part of my hostility comes from dealing so long with people who obviously know way more than they claim, and try to pretend they are merely confused... As you can see from some of the comments on this thread, it quickly becomes apparent that some amazingly have an incredible amount of “information” and “education” on these subjects once they are engaged in a conversation about specifics.
If I knew more about the Sunahara BC I would be happy to answer your question. I understand not being able to spend as much time as one would like on this subject, I feel that way myself.

Thanks for the response, LibertyRocks. My questions were probably answered a long time ago by sharper minds than mine and it would take an idiot like me to come behind them and ask anyway. I realized a long time ago that the saying that there are no stupid questions is utterly false. Trust me, there are very stupid questions and I’m good at proposing them.
I searched the Internet to try to find that for which I was looking but to no avail. If you’ll recall, VS is the baby girl who died early on (a couple of days?) and it was supposed at some points in time that it was her BC being used by BO. During this speculation, there was a suit by her brother to obtain a copy of her BC because Hawaii stalled, huffed and puffed, and would not release it to him although he was in fact, IIRC, her very, very real and fo’ sho’ next of kin.
I’m willing to bet because of lack of mention of it that the issue was put to bed a long time ago and I simply missed hearing or reading about whatever the deciding factors were to lay it down.
