It's a double-header, and also a story about a smart dog ~ he seems to have let himself out of his cage then opened the police car door and immediately attacked an infant in a buggy, and BIT A GUY. Best guess is his handler was over picking up some doughnuts.
This one has everything including flaming dempsty dumpsters being pushed back and forth across the street ~ and cops firing on civilians for ~ GET THIS ONE ~ getting too close.
It's the pits man!!!
