You must have been a Bush I lover. Look at his LA cabinet, especially his Sec. of Education. I see a RINO playing as a conservative myself.
Well Louisiana was the first state to install a full voucher system. Not sure if that was all Jindal or if the Sec. of Education also played a role, but it hardly stinks of RINO from my perspective.
