Personally I don’t care if he is crazy or not. Anyone who kills 12 people needs to be executed,even if he is a raving lunatic who has to be strapped to the gurney in a Strait jacket.

In fact executing “lunatics” that perform mass murder as a matter of practice would very likely “cure” those on the fringes...before they went off the deep end.
