How will Baltimore feed and house all these criminals when there is no more federal money in the trough? This Democrat dream will quickly turn into a nightmare. Sensible people need to get out asap.

I think they receive more federal aid if they give out more.
So other states and taxpayers will pay for it reguardless of who leaves.
