The failure rate of public school students in these cities exceeds 60%. Every municipality that declared itself an immigration sanctuary city has come to regret it. Without exception. And now a major economic collapse looms on the horizon. The knockout punch. Conservatives will never make inroads in cities populated by children of the socialist dream. Conservative will make inroads by building new cities somewhere else.
