I warned FReepers about this five years ago. I still get stupid posts about "67 Senators" and "unconstitutional treaties are void."

There has never been a treaty invalidated by the courts despite the fact that some of the enforcement powers of treaties on the books wildly exceed the Constitutionally enumerated powers of the Federal government.
