I only cut up chicken for a short while. They found out I could do the oven work, and definitely do the freezer work. Those big INSTANT FREEZE operations are rather risky so you can't put just anyone in there. Then I did breading and weighing. You had to guess pieces to fit a 10 pound box, and I could get within an ounce. That spelled profit to the boss.
