Doc S. is very wrong on the solutions for shootings like just happened here in Colorado. Banning armor vests, tracking internet sales of ammo would do nothing. Colorado requires a background check for purchasing a firearm at a store like the shooter did. The stores were big ones, i.e. Gander Mountain.
Yep, the Doc has begun to swing Left. He’s gone to the middle where there is no middle any longer. That’s the steep part of what used to be called the slippery slope. What was most telling in the email I received from the Doc was this line: “You don’t need body armor or drum magazines to hunt deer.” All of a sudden the right to protect yourself is only about hunting.
That’s a throw-back to the 60s era “conservative” position.
The Doc is off my listening schedule, but I still monitor him to watch his slide to the Left.

I got that one, too. heck, Even the rapper Ice-T is more correct than the Doc is on this issue.
Yep, “deer hunting” is the dog whistle of the RINO when they are seeking ways to infringe on the individual right to bear arms.

The way Islamists (political Islam, sharia law advocates) treat women I'd say the problem is that Islamists are furious to see others using women as only an Islamist is permitted to use a woman.

I just don’t know lately. Seems like formerly rational thinkers are in panic mode. Similar to Doc, some who I thought had cool heads said what we need to avoid another Paterno from Penn State is anonymous tiplines to report future Sandusky’s. Great, just what we need, the fast and furious means with which to falsely accuse somebody and destroy their lives, unnecessarily.
I’ve been a loyal listener every day since 2001 but when Savage starts blabbering about banning drum mags I have to turn him off for awhile. He is WAY WAY WAY off base on this issue. The stupid Batman movie is hardly even violent, blaming the movie is ridiculous and the way Savage goes out of his way to have an alternate opinion to other conservative radio jocks just makes him look idiotic at times.
