Nah, they'll probably not even comment, since (1) they truly agree with Carney that Israel's capital is subject to negotiation and (2) they don't want make Obama and Carney look bad in contrast to the favorable publicity Romney will get in Israel shortly.
Ignoring Israel is ignoring God. This is not a thing they will get away with for long.
