Dewhurst ran Cruz attack ads from day one even though there were others in the race. I thought it felt like something was wrong with the Dewhurst campaign even though I didn’t know who Cruz was yet. The ads were just odd and over the top. Since then, Dewhurst doubled down on the tactic making the campaign even tackier. So, I’m not sure all the credit goes to the tea party if Cruz wins.

Dewhurst ads have been 100% negative attack ads. I have nto heard one ad where he talks about what he stands for or will do. All i heard were surrogates “pimping” him and knew he was a worthless hack. After the latest ad, i drove straight to the courthouse and voted for Cruz, and told about 9 other people to go do the same.
Dewhurst is a moderate "go along to get along."

So proud of my state ....leading the way to rid the Senate of the leadership clog called Reid. Certainly don’t want McC either in that position. We need to start a campaign right now to fill the top spot with a conservative.

I, personally, have not seen ANY adds back in the states.. but, from what you described, it sounds just like what the GOP(e) did to get rid of the real Conservative choices we had (not many, honestly)..
SO, as far as I can see (which isn’t very far at the moment, but I DO trust Palin’s voice/opinion 100%), you made a wise choice :)
Sadly, besides Kay B. Hutchin*itch, I don’t know many politicians, unless they have made news here.. so, all I can go on anymore, is from what I learn from other FReepers :/

Thank you so much for posting the video! Great job Sarah - told us exactly what she likes about Cruz & was complimentary to her Texas audience. I loved her outfit too - not many can pull off the above the knee skirt + cowboy boots look, but she sure can.

I took a friend to early vote for Ted Cruz on our way to a watch party for the Olympic opening last night. (She hurt her right arm in a fall & can’t drive for several weeks.)
