About 100,000 less [343,497 vs 243,795] in person & mail ballots than was in the primary for the 15 most populated counties. Much smaller ballot thus smaller turnout/interest I guess.

Just had Chick-fil-A for lunch today in Dover, DE.

Can’t come on Wednesday—they are too far away—but today we were in the area and made it a point to eat there.

The place was jammed, but we got our food in about three minutes, PLUS TWO FREE COOKIES!!!!! (Don’t eat wheat, so saved them for my daughter at home)

Plus two coupons for a discount breakfast.

Plus there was a raffle going on for various food prizes—two raffle tickets gratis.

Clean, friendly, efficient, good value for the money. A distinguished older gentleman on staff named Carl went from table to table and offered to refresh our drinks and get anything else we needed. In a fast food joint!

I love Chick-fil-A.

I love the Cathys.

And I love the fact that the Palins went to one in Texas.

Every Republican politician should be going to one during their “vacation” from DC.

Seems only the Palins are smart enough to have figured that out.

Onyx, hope your time with your nephew was grand, and that you turned him into a Freeper. ;)

Of course, there are dumb$ss comments from the malcontents there too.

I posted on their Facebook that I was taking my family there for dinner. Someone posted back that she hopes my whole family chokes and dies. Sheesh.

Thanks for posting their store. I bought the stainless steel water bottle with their logo, to carry with me every where I go. I always take water so their logo will be on display around this town.

I’ll also go to one in my town on Monday because I have an appointment in that area. I’ll buy plenty so I’ll still have some two days later on Aug. 1.

I have Huckabee on now hoping he will give the present number on his Facebook page of those who have signed up to eat there on Aug. 1. The last number I heard was 300,000, with 100,000 signing up every day.

Why does she wear sunglasses indoors?

When you're Sarah Palin, the sun shines on you wherever you go.

Not to be difficult, but while Hasselbeck is cute, she is really not much of a conservative, she actually supports gay marriage.

Quite a phony actually.
