Is there an athlete competing there today that we would not mourn?

So should we mourn these young people and their coaches that were murdered. It matters not where they came from or how they prayed.

The IOC is antiSemitic.

I am a huge Olympics fan, watching right now a young man I’ve known since he was 11 at the games. But it is wrong to avoid mourning such a tragedy. You are telling every athlete that their lives are not worth much. Or perhaps that only Jewish athletes aren’t worth much. Either way, that is atrocious.

So well said!

The IOC is trying to appease Muslim nations and in doing so they are giving a green light to Islamic terrorism at the London Olympics.

IOC President Jacques Rogge stated that the Opening Ceremony was not a fitting environment to remember the murdered Olympians. But it was fitting for British dead, European dead and those who were murdered in the 9/11 terror attacks!

What better environment than the Opening Ceremony when billions are watching on TV to honor those Olympic athletes who were murdered at the Games?

Let's demand a minute of silence at the Closing Ceremonies in London!
