I haven’t seen it yet. FNS comes on here at 9:00 MTZ, but the posts I’ve read all say Scalia ran circles around Wallace. I did see Wallace on FNC earlier and he was all praise for Scalia and the interview.

I’ve thought about that Rod, but I also believe the following to be true:

Nobody wants their business to fail. They want it to grow, expand, and to continue making a profit. However, as long as Obama’s in charge, there’s great fear his policies will do great harm to those goals.

The businessmen expects him to increase taxes. They expect him to increase regulations. Both of these hurt the profit making ability of those businesses. Now, unlike the CHARGES of the media democrats (same thing), businesses expect a certain level of fair regulation and taxing ( dems say we want none), but overdoing it is an absolute business killer. And that’s what we’re headed—or are at—under Obama.

Electing Romney, and let’s be clear about it—a Romney who will do as he says—will fix that right away. Just the promise of tax relief and regualtion relief will get the dollars flowing again, which will bring jobs and consumer confidence. This will see government tax revenues going up, not sideways or down.

In other words, this economy is in trouble because the Obama’s proclaimed policies hurt business. Take out Obama and what does that do on Day One?

By the way, I hope other Freepers will contact the various networks as to who should be a moderator for the presidential debates and who should NOT be moderating.

Heh.

Debbie Washerwoman Schultz now on TV Face the Nation. Husband calling out that she looks like she has snakes growing out of her head. I offered to tape it for him, husband says no thanks.

First thing she mentions how Romney insulted our “good friends” the Brits. NEVER do they show a clip of what Romney said because seriously, it was not offensive at all.

In fact I was impressed by Romney’s summary of London’s circumstances. He did not insult them, he gave a measured appraisal that a fellow who’s been in business would give.

Suddenly lightbulbs click over my marble head.

Y’all know that Obama HATES England, right? Sent back the bust of Churchhill lent to the Dubya admin. Been lying all week about the story of that bust but go with me, the Obama admin unceremoniously sent it back, didn’t want it.

So this is why the media got the meme to come down on Romney for his harmless comments! Now they can say, well we might have hurt their feelings with the Churchill bust but lookit Romney insulting the Olympics.

The Obama campaign is hurting so darn bad it’s really pathetic.

THIS WEEK (ABC): Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney

Badgering interviewer as expected, Romney does well. ABC keeps trying to get a sound bite on foreign policy. Romney ‘I believe the world benefits from American leadership.’

Now Wasserman is trying to say ‘he lacks’, ‘intelligence gaff’, ‘trying to roll back’. No thanks Democrat hack. Wasserman is claiming Romney should say his foreign policy, as she is disappointed there is no gaff in interview.

ABC trying to get mileage out of this ‘whimp’ magazine cover, it’s falling flat. You’d think a news magazine would want to make some intelligent analysis...obviously not even this one.

They just tried it again on ABC with moderator Matthew Dowd--clearly out of his league, goofball Gibbs and the Romney guy Kevin Madden.Gibbs uses the tired old DNC chatting point of we can't go back to the polices of the past, tax cuts for the rich, etc etc.We can't go back to what we inherited from GW its all his fault,he drove the bus into the ditch.

These guys truly have nothing new just tired old BS they are hoping the DBM will keep repeating to try and freeze our message out.

Madden was not fast enough or slick enough to point out to Gibbs that the reason GW's last two years went downhill so fast were due to his dem congress that were destroying housing As quick as they could by letting anyone who could breathe sign up for a home.

this fact is often ignored and needs to be brought up more since it is so pervasive in the huge destruction of wealth solely due to the Franklin Raines and Barney Franks of the world who insisted any crackhead should be able to buy a new house and banks got sued when they didn't let them buy and qualify for any mortgage do it and then sued again when the crackheads defaulted.

Mostly true no surprise there. Just heard WAPost Ruth Marcus state that Barack is suffering from a bad economy as if it wasn't his fault!! Just too good how the DBM carries his water even when its boiling hot.

That odd media claiming a gaffe, yet Romney was successful in his Olympic endeavor, and his opinion on what he was told actually has value. Liberal media doesn’t realize a Republican President supports the very US Constitution that gives them the freedom to do the job they aren’t doing, report the truth. Or be a Democrat hack.

Tactics for 0bama, at least what I’m seeing today.

Domestic issues: We tried it their way and it didn’t work. Our way works if we give it more time.

Foreign policy: Don’t go with an unknown or someone without the experience I have and Romney’s gaffes.

Taxes: Tax the rich to pay for middle class tax cuts.

Healthcare: Give 0bamacare a chance and you can’t take the benefits away now! Voters like them.

They certainly didn’t inherit the 4.5% unemployment rate Bush averaged his 8 yrs as President. They didn’t inherit the recovery he engineered when he entered office even with an attack on our financial center. Look what Romney will inherit!

Pray for America

You are right. Get rid of the dear leader and most small businesses will, such as mine, breathe a sigh of relief almost immediately.

Just knowing that we have a commie in the head office of govt. is really disconcerting for most small business owners and holds back the flow of capital. Pouring in small business money starts everything. Jobs, investment, profits, hiring etc, basically the engine of capitalism will get restarted.

My small business is nearing the point of needing another person and I can’t do it for fear of DeathCare penalties. Not to mention you have to wait for Romney for the tax benefits. Why would anybody hire now? How many on this thread own small businesses??

Democrats and their crack-pot economist trying to sell raising taxes will create an economic expansion. Wrong. It's pretty simple logic, the more taxes on the private sector, the smaller the private sector.

Just ask a Democrat supporter, if the IRS took 40% from your total income every quarter, are you left with more options?

Oh yeah, post your website for your company. Let Obozo know we are speaking from something he has never done or ever will do. At least I was a commie and know what he is about, unlike his bashing small businessmen.
