In the late 70s I lived in Orange on Batavia between Chapman and Katella. It was a nice middle class place. Anaheiem was an upper-mid to upscale area.
I was through there in 2000ish. I didn’t recognize the place.. There were some very nice areas, but some of it looked like absolute hell. I cannot imagine it today.
My high school sweetheart lived on Batavia...
