Roger Morris returned on July 26, to continue testifying against the Reese family.

The Prosecutor resumed questioning Mr. Morris under redirect and asked Roger Morris if the meeting at the John Deere store was set up. Roger Morris testified no, that he was in the store on personal business and was off duty

The Prosecutor asked if he had social invitations from the Reeses before and he stated no. Then Roger Morris testified that Rick invited him to __ __ _ _______ __ ______ ____ ___ _____ ______ ___ ____ ____.

The defense objected and all attorneys approached the bench. The Judge ordered the last sentence STRICKEN FROM THE RECORD (so it is stricken here…. for now…)

The Prosecutor then asked if Rick invited him to go shooting on any other occasion.

Roger Morris testified yes up at the Hillsborough “compound”.

Roger Morris testified under oath that Rick told him he would have to give him a coin to get inside the compound. Roger testified that Rick didn’t have the coin with him and that he would have to come back later. Roger Morris returned later and testified that Rick told Terri to get “that thing” for Roger. Roger Morris stated he was given a coin to enter the compound and that he was interested in going. The prosecution turned over the witness for cross examination, however, all five defense attorneys had no questions for him and he was excused. www.lunatpp.org
