Seminars and firearm safety training will be featured during the three-day Personal Protection Weekend.

The event begins Aug. 11 with seminars at the Comfort Suites in Southfield.

I was born and raised in Detroit...life-long Tiger fan. Moved my widowed mom out in 2000 after she was mugged...the POLICE told me to get her out as they could not protect her.

What a GREAT town it was up until the early 60s. The liberal Democrats just ruined it...it now looks like Berlin circa 1945. When I go back to visit relatives in the burbs...I drive through the old neighborhood (only in daylight) and sob.

It’s now an entire city on welfare, whose citizens prey on the weakest, and steal whatever is not tied down.

The Democrats have much to answer for.
