Think Obama's a Muslim? Then you're too stupid to vote
LA Times ^ | July 27, 2012 | Paul Whitefield

Forget voter ID laws. What this country needs are laws to keep stupid people from voting.

Now, I’m not talking about folks who can’t recite the preamble to the Constitution, or who can’t tell you what the 1st Amendment covers, or how many Supreme Court justices there are. I’ll even exempt those poor souls who don’t know who the first president was, or can’t name the two houses of Congress, or don’t know the name of their representative.

But, if you were to show up at the polls in November, and the poll worker were to ask you “Is President Obama a Muslim or a Christian?” and you answered “Muslim,” then — bzzzzzt — you’d be automatically disqualified from voting, on the grounds you’re just too dumb.

But if Republicans want me to produce a photo ID to prove I’m the same person who’s been voting for four decades, then Democrats have the right to demand some basic level of intelligence from the other side.

Aside from the fact that this is an apples and oranges argument, it takes some level of basic intelligence to know that the lack of a photo ID is not proof of identity.

Let's put it this way for the sake of the weak liberal minds ........

Who has Oboma done more for? The Muslim brotherhood in the middle east, or the honest, hard working Americans in middle America?

I rest my case.

Correct answer:

Obama faithfully serves the Father-Of-Lies. The rest is just window dressing.

So a guy with a ex-Moslem father, a Moslem step-father, and who had his religion listed as “Muslim” when enrolled in school in Indonesia, can’t possibly be a Moslem?
Even after mis-statements like “my Muslim faith” and “57 states” or that comment about the call to worship by the muezzin being the most beautiful sound in the world?

Well, at the very least, after sitting in Rev. Wright’s pews, we know he isn’t Christian.

Three points:

1) obama is not a muslim nor a Christian, but an atheist. To him there is no higher power than himself.
2) But if we limit the alternatives to Christianity and islam, you can certainly build a much better case that he is muslim.
3) Furthermore, if I am ever polled on this question, I will answer that he is muslim just becauses it really pi$$es off liberals, as is so well illustrated by this article.

OK LA Times, I ask you this. If Obama WAS a Radical Muslim, how would any of his policies/actions/behavior differ than what they are now?

Of course you’re not talking about those folks, because those folks are the ones too ignorant to know why the rest of us, who do know all those things, suspect Obama is a Muslim.

It really doesn't matter what we believe about Obama's true religion.
Whatever diety he may or may not worship.

But it does matter what muslims themselves believe.
And Obama has convinced the entire muslim world that he is one of them.

As in all things Obama, he says one thing but his actions belie his words.

If, like Obama, a man walks like a muslim, acts like a muslim, demonstrates
favoritism to muslims and praises Islam, do not his actions speak for him?

Nice try at ridiculing the truth, Mr. Whitefield.

you’re too stupid to write a newspaper article.

Of course he’s Muslim—he admitted it to George Stephanpoulus.

And he was in a black Muslim “church” for twenty years. And Mr. Wright’s best bud is Screwy Louie Farrahkan, the Jew hater.

Now,Mr. whitefield. Why don’t you do something useful, like find the tape your newspaper has sequestered of Zippy’s speech to that Muslim group in 2008.

Yeah, that tape.

You tools are so transparent.

I would phrase it a little differently:

But, if you were to show up at the polls in November, and the poll worker were to ask you “Will you be voting for Democrats or for Republicans?” and you answered “Democrats,” then — bzzzzzt — you’d be automatically disqualified from voting, on the grounds you’re just too dumb.

Just like I wrote an “A” paper or two on evolution in HS biology oh so long ago...

A family member got around that stuff with a liberal theology teacher by using third person "Many have said" "it is believed" etc. I knew one lady who got past a nutbar astrophysics teacher who was hung up on ETs. When she was asked if she believed in extraterrestrial beings and bubbled "Absolutely!" Of course she was referring to angels.

“Think Obama’s a Muslim? Then you’re too stupid to vote”

Yes, Mr. Whitefield, I -do- think he’s a Muslim.

And I never considered myself to be all that bright, but…
… that’s not my problem, even if you believe it’s yours.

I’m voting anyway.
(Even though you would prefer that the dumb folks like me be prevented from voting. By the way, Mr. Whitefield, we used to have laws designed to do exactly what you wish for. They were called “literacy tests”, and were declared unconstitutional, with the guarantee that my “stupid” vote will count as much as your “smart”[ass] one does!)

The comment from the artical was my favorite...

[verbatim at 10:31 AM July 31, 2012
“But if Republicans want me to produce a photo ID to prove I’m the same person who’s been voting for four decades, then Democrats have the right to demand some basic level of intelligence from the other side.”

Qualifications for voting are: age and citizenship.

If you want to start administering “intellegence” standards for voting, people should bring the their IQ test results. Let’s see who gets disqualified, then. Oh, wait, that’s racist.]
