Please keep those donations coming in folks. No matter who wins the election, we're going to need FR more than ever to hold their feet to the fire. If there was ever a time to hold runaway government accountable it is now!!

If FR is to survive these bad times so that we live to fight another day, we must have your continuing support. If you feel the same way that I do that our God-given unalienable rights are worth defending, Life is worth defending, family is worth defending, Liberty is worth defending, the Pursuit of Happiness is worth defending, that our Constitution and all of our rights are worth restoring and defending, that our Republic is worth defending, that a free America as it used to be is worth restoring and defending, then please make a contribution today. And I do know that you believe in a free America as I do or you would not be here.

FR is supported solely by donations made by freedom loving people like you. We are not beholden to political parties, news agencies, sugar daddies, advertisers, the government or anyone else. We are self-funded, self-governed and passionately defend and enjoy our grassroots freedom and independence!!

New Monthly Donor Challenge:

We currently have some very generous FReeper sponsors who are kicking in an additional $10.00 per each new monthly donor, so this is a great way to get a little extra bang for your buck and to help future FReepathons run a little faster. Meet the challenge. Sign-up as a monthly donor today!

And FR does delivers a BIG bang for your buck!! Each dollar donated delivers thousands of pages of corruption-exposing/liberty-advancing grassroots conservative information to thousands of liberty-loving readers all across the great fruited plains and around the globe. The sun never sets on Free Republic!!

FR costs: Approx $0.001 per page delivered (that's one tenth of one cent per page!).

FR benefit: Priceless!!

Click the secure server link above to pledge your support or mail checks to:

Thank you all very much for your continuing participation and support.

By the way, Obama's government did NOT build FR. You did!!

God bless.

The re-caulkers are still here, and they’re just as noisy as ever. I think that they have caused the nesting birds to abandon all their nests that are built on our outside light fixtures. I sure hope that the birds come back this summer or at least next year. We love the little fledglings and watching them get fed and later, take their first flights.

This is supposed to be the last day that the men are here, and good thing for them because the weather is supposed to turn hot. They really are doing a great job, and we’ll be very happy to be bug free when they’re done. Not to forget our being draft proof as well. We are expecting to see a reduction in our energy bills.

Hubby and kitties are doing well. I took my Rocket outside today, and he got some sunshine and fresh grass. He likes to go out, and I stay out with him and watch him carefully, but he does come to the door and follow me when I come back inside.

He is a good boy.

And how are you, Moosie?

re-caulkers...? ( re-Pointing?)
Other than that, in a strangely good mood.
The day has been warm but overcast.
Have you insulated your loft as well?

The caulking around every window and door in our house has shrunken and cracked leaving 1/2" gaps. The bugs and the weather thus had egress into the house. So we hired a contractor to recaulk them all, and it has taken them three days, but they will finish up today.

Loft? We don't have a loft. The entire house is already insulated, all of the windows are double-paned, and the exterior is brick.

Here is the back yard and the rear of the house. That is myself on the deck.

;-D

Yes, we do have a small attic in one portion of the house, and it is insulated,
but we must carry a ladder into the bedroom closet to get up into it, LOL!
For some reason, known only to the designer of the house, the bedroom
closet has a very high ceiling. [WTHeck???]
