Sounds like a lot of dissin’ goin’ on.
It’s “Victoria’s Secret” not “Victoria Secrets.” Journalists....
Thank goodness the police officer was able to go home safely after the confrontation with a 12 year old girl. Tasers save lives.
Dejamon Baker...future Rhodes scholar.
Gee, the last time I asked if the Victoria’s Secret stuff came in child sizes, they kicked me out...
Given you're stupid why should be employed as a reporter? Given the nature of law enforcement do you believe what the cops told you? |
Dejamon? Sounds like a Belgian name.
I guess there wasn’t a dog to shoot?
I think the store’s surveillance cameras would make quick work of any internal affairs investigation into this case. Depending upon how many family members were in the store at the time, and the girls’ emotions I could see the officer feeling overwhelmed easily as well.
I’m glad the 12-yo wasn’t seriously injured though. It seems there should have been some alternative to tasering just for the _child’s_ own safety. IF it turns out the girl did NOT get involved physically then I hope this officer is retrained or something. Did he have backup when attempting to arrest this woman, or did he walk into a situation he really COULDN’T have kept under control without the use of what sometimes results in DEADLY force??? (You don’t know who may have an underlying heart condition so unless you are definitely trying to save someone’s life I’d think you would try to use it a little less often - especially on a child.)
A police officer tased a 12-year-old girl inside a Victoria's Secret Wednesday afternoon at South County Center. Police say the officer came into the Victoria's Secret looking for the teenager's mom, who had warrants for her arrest. But it was the teen who got tased.Evidently things have changed.
When I was growing up, you weren't considered a teenager until your thirteenth birthday.
I suppose she could have paid her tickets with the money she was using to buy shorts in a specialty store, but dayum—that’s no fun.
VS let’s you try on underwear? Now that’s a real grosser.
It sounds like a typical Andy Griffith show episode.
Hopefully there’s a store video camera. If the girl’s story is right, he should be fired and the city should pay her for her college.
After watching the video, I would strongly hesitate to believe the mother and daughter version of events.
Dejamon.
I am convinced there is software of an iphone ap that just is a random letter generator for naming African Americans. Mom just presses “enter” and the consonants and vowels keep tumbling until it spits out something mom want to say like “Dejamon”
I don’t know if that is Day-jay-mahn or DeeJammin or De-jay-muhn or what the hell.
Is there a way I can sell randomly generated names to inner city blacks for EBT money or something? Is there a business opportunity here.
Still, by far my favorite is “Quartavius”. That name rocks.
Shoplifting?
Money for numerous tats but no money for numerous tickets.
She could have probably paid her parking tickets if well.. She was not a human pin cushion (tats)and was not buying over priced stuff a “the worst kept secret”...
I wana see the stores video..
what time of a name is Dejamon?
Read the comments on the news site. The 12 yr old “girl” is actually 15 yrs old, and her mommy is giving “traffic ticket” a new meaning. She is wanted for a drug trafficking.
